Design and Copyright
As all lampshades are made to order by hand, designs may vary slightly each time. The silks used are handwoven dupions that have a natural slub in the texture and this is part of the silk structure.
The technique for dip dyeing the fringes and fabrics is all achieved by hand which means the finished shade strength may differ slightly each time.
Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of each product on the site. However fabric and fringe samples for all made to order items are recommended prior to ordering.
All logos, products, images, graphics and text on the website and promotional material is the property of Beauvamp and cannot, under any circumstances be reproduced, sold or exploited without the prior written consent of Maison Paralume.

Wattage
LED bulbs are always recommended as they radiate minimal heat and any wattage can be used here.
Please note all electrical fittings must be installed by a qualified electrician.
If using the lampshade on a lamp then a shade carrier will be supplied which attaches to your lamp fitting and then the shade just sits on top. Our shade carriers are compatible with either a standard BC Bayonet or E27 Edison Screw bulb holder and have a central hole measuring 42mm.
Each lampshade also has a standard EU size pendant hole measuring 42mm.
Please note our lampshades are not UL listed but each individual part is quality checked and fit for purpose in accordance with France and EU regulations. The silks we use are naturally fire resistant however for added security we can treat the silk with a fire retardant spray and this is a service we can offer you should you wish.
